FLAT CELL FILTERS ФЯП

Cell-type flat filters type ФяП are designed for rough preliminary refreshing atmospheric air supplied to premises for various purposes by ventilation and air conditioning systems. According to the degree of air purification, the filter refers to the III class according to GOST 30528-97 or EU3 according to EUROVENT 4/9. Filters provide cleaning of atmospheric air from dust particles larger than 10 microns.

Filters type ФяП consist of a frame made of an aluminum profile or galvanized steel, inside which a volumetric filtering material is built, resting on a frame mesh.  The filter material consists of synthetic fiber and has a cleaning class G3, G4. During the operation of the filters, their aerodynamic resistance should be monitored according to the readings of a differential pressure sensor or a micromanometer connected to the fittings arranged in the walls of the air-cleaning chambers before and after the filters. The filters must be replaced when the recommended differential pressure for a present filter is reached, or based on the available pressure in the system.  Filters can be operated at temperatures of the working environment (air to be purified) from -40 ° C to +45 ° C.  The environment and the cleaned air must not contain aggressive gases and vapors that destroy materials and paint coatings of the product. Filters are manufactured in climatic versions for operation in areas with moderate У(moderate) и УХЛ (boreal) climates and placement categories 2; 3; 4 according to GOST 15150.
