Recirculating dust collection units СИОТ ser. 5.907-2 are intended for dedusting stationary technological equipment served by aspiration systems containing cold, hot (up to

100°C) or floating bulk materials.

The dust-collecting unit consists of an inlet branch, a confuser,

a fan impeller placed in a cylindrical casing and fixed on the motor shaft.

The fan impeller with a cylindrical casing is placed in a filter device

made in the form of a circular groove, enclosing the casing and filled

with water in the lower part up to the overflow pipe. In the upper

part of the filter device, in the annular volume between its inner wall

and the outer wall of the casing, bounded by a supporting perforated plate

at the bottom, and a grid at the top, there is a sphere frustum.

The sphere frustum is formed from balls with a diameter of 25-40 mm

from polyethylene or polystyrene foam. The electric motor is closed with

a casing with windows for air intake from the room to cool the engine.

Easy-to-open sealed hatches are provided for periodic inspection and

cleaning of the unit.
