FIRE DAMPER КПУ

The universal fire damper КПУ is designed for automatic and remote blocking of the spread of fire (fire and combustion products) through air ducts, mines and channels of ventilation and air conditioning systems in case of fire in buildings and facilities for various purposes. The damper is applied in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.04.05 and code specification 7.13130-2013

FIRE DAMPER КПУ

The universal fire damper КПУ is designed for automatic and remote blocking of the spread of fire (fire and combustion products) through air ducts, mines and channels of ventilation and air conditioning systems in case of fire in buildings and facilities for various purposes. The damper is applied in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.04.05 and code specification 7.13130-2013

The valves consist of a casing, a tilting-type folding damper flap and a damper flap opening/closing mechanism. The damper valve can extend beyond the housing size. The valve is installed in openings or in places where these systems pass through fire barriers with a standardized fire resistance limit (firewalls, partitions and covers).

The dampers are available in round and rectangular designs.

According to their functional purpose, the valves can be used as: normally open. (НО), normally closed (НЗ) and double acting (ДД).

The actuator for each functional purpose is different, an electromagnetic drive, an electric drive with a built-in return spring and a thermal disconnecting device ТРУ, an electromagnetic and a spring thermal lock (as backup protection) are used for the purpose (НО), for the purpose of НЗ, an electric drive of the reversible type “open closed “and electromagnet, and electromechanical actuator without ТРУ and a reversible actuator are used for the purpose of ДД. In some cases, an electromechanical actuator without ТРУ can be used for the H3 valves.

The valves can be operated at medium temperatures from -30°С to +45°С.

The environment and air must not contain aggressive gases and vapors that destroy materials, coatings and electrical insulation of the product.

The valve cannot be installed in rooms of categories A and B for explosion and fire hazard, in ventilation systems and in places where explosive and corrosive environments are drawn off, as well as in systems that are not subject to cleaning from combustible deposits.

The dampers are manufactured in climatic versions for operation in areas with moderate У (moderate) and УХЛ (boreal) climates and location categories 3 and 4 according to GOST 15150.
