FLAP VALVE TYPE КЛ

The flap valve is designed to be installed on the discharge side of axial fans in order to prevent cold air and atmospheric precipitation from entering the production premises after the fans are turned off.

The flap valve is made of galvanized steel sheet. The design of the product is a housing, in the bearings of which the blades are fixed on the axes. When the fan is on, the air flow keeps the blades open, allowing air to enter the room without obstruction  After turning off the fan, the blades return to their original position and block the valve section, blocking access to the room for cold air and precipitation from the street. The axes of the blades are displaced relative to the axis of symmetry, which significantly reduces the amount of moment required to open them.  The minimum dynamic pressure at which the valve operates is 3-4 kgf / m2.  The flap valve can be operated at temperatures of the working medium from -40 ° С up to + 45 ° С.  The environment and air must not contain aggressive gases and vapors that destroy the materials of the product.  The petal valve is manufactured in climatic versions for operation in areas with moderate У(moderate) and УХЛ (boreal) climates and placement categories 1, 2, 3 and 4 according to GOST 15150.
