PLEATED CELL FILTERS ФЯГ

Cell-type pleated filters type ФяГ are intended for cleaning external and recirculated air in supply ventilation and air conditioning systems for various premises of domestic, administrative and industrial buildings.  Filters according to the degree of purification belong to the III and IV class according to GOST 30528-97 or EU3; EU4 by EUROVENT 4/9. Filters provide cleaning of atmospheric air from dust particles larger than 10 microns.

Fyag filters consist of a frame made of an aluminum profile or galvanized steel, inside which filter material is laid in the form of pleats, resting on a corrugated (wavelike) net. During the operation of the filters, their aerodynamic resistance should be monitored according to the readings of a differential pressure sensor or a micromanometer connected to the fittings arranged in the walls of the air-cleaning chambers before and after the filters. The filters must be replaced when the recommended differential pressure for a present filter is reached, or based on the available pressure in the system.  Filters can be operated at temperatures of the working environment (purified air) from -40 ° C to +45 ° C. The environment and the cleaned air must not contain aggressive gases and vapors that destroy materials and paint coatings of the product. Filters are manufactured in climatic versions for operation in areas with moderate У(moderate) и УХЛ (boreal) climates and placement categories 2; 3; 4 according to GOST 15150.
