INERTIAL GRILLE TYPE RVI

The inertial ventilation grille type РВИ with a horizontal arrangement of movable shutters is used to remove air in supply and exhaust ventilation and air conditioning systems, and are designed for installation on air ducts with a check valve function. The grilles are designed to remove air and block the duct section under the influence of gravity.

The grilles represent a rectangular frame with horizontally positioned easily movable louvered plates, which deflect under the influence of the air flow, and when the system stops, they fall under the action of gravity and close the duct lumen. The grille installation method is strictly vertical, the blinds are lowered down. The inertial ventilation grill type РВИ is an external exhaust grille and additionally serves as a check valve. It protects the ventilation system from the ingress of precipitation and foreign objects into it; does not allow air movement in the opposite direction in the system when the fan is off.  Grilles are made of extruded aluminum profiles. Powder polymer paint is used as a protective and decorative coating. The main color of the coating is white. It is possible to paint another color according to the RAL color catalog. The vent grilles can be operated at temperatures of the working environment from -40 ° С to +45 ° С. The environment and air should not contain aggressive gases and vapors, destructive materials and paint coatings of the product. The grilles are manufactured in climatic versions for operation in areas with moderate У (moderate) and УХЛ (boreal) climates and placement categories 1 and 2 in accordance with GOST 15150.
