NOISE SUPPRESSION PLATES AND COLLARS

Noise damping plates of type P are installed in the casings of plate noise dampers GP and are designed to reduce turbulent and aerodynamic noise generated by fans, air conditioners, air control devices, as well as noise arising in the elements of the ventilation network and propagating through the air ducts.

In order to reduce the resistance, OP fairings are installed on the noise suppression plates.

Sound attenuation plates consist of a casing made of galvanized steel sheet and galvanized mesh covered with fiberglass. The space between the casing and the fiberglass is filled evenly along the length and cross-section with sound-absorbing material.

The fairing is a curved plate made of galvanized steel sheet, attached to the end of the silencer plate in the direction of the air flow. The cowl length corresponds to the height of the silencer plates.
