CENTRAL FRAME-PANEL AIR CONDITIONER KCKP

Central frame-panel air conditioner (inflow and inflow-exhaust chamber) KCKP is designed to create and maintain an artificial climate in closed premises for various purposes. The air conditioner is used in the ventilation and air conditioning system of buildings for cleaning, heating, cooling and mixing air in public and industrial premises, which are to comply with certain requirements for comfort or technological parameters.

Central air conditioners KCKP are connected directly to the air ducts of the central ventilation system of the building.
The central air conditioner (supply unit) is a set of sequentially placed functional blocks. The set and placement of sectional blocks is different and depends on the technical requirements for the product and the place of its installation. Their use allows you to form an air conditioner for a specific ventilation system and air parameters.
The cases of the KCKP air conditioner sections are a rigid frame structure made of an aluminum profile docked by corners, fixed on the base, a steel frame covered with anti-corrosion enamel.
The frame of the KCKP air conditioner is faced with sandwich panels. Three-layer sandwich panels are a lightweight structure consisting of two galvanized steel sheets with a polymer coating and a polyurethane foam filler between them. Polyurethane foam is a non-combustible, environmentally friendly material whose thermal conductivity is half that of mineral wool or fiberglass.
The use of the above materials ensures the high resistance of this structure to weathering.
The design provides for quick-detachable service panels for repair and maintenance work, which are equipped with handles and a special seal.
The central air conditioners KCKP are based on the principle of using the fan section (fan block) of the unit. The start and control of the electric motor is carried out (depending on the selected configuration) by means of a frequency regulator of revolutions, and direct wiring is possible for engines of small and medium power.

Central air conditioners KCKP can be arranged according to a two-level scheme both vertically (two “floors”) up to KCKP -25 inclusive, and horizontally (two rows) for all standard sizes and are manufactured in the right or left design, depending on the direction of the air flow in air channel KCKP.
Central air conditioners KCKP have a modular structure and are recruited from functional blocks and monoblocks for various purposes, allowing to carry out all air processing processes. Functional blocks have unified connecting dimensions.

ShSAU automatic control system cabinet:

Designed for automatic control of the central air conditioner KCKP (supply unit). The device is manufactured in the form of a cabinet that combines automation and power section.
The cabinet is equipped with a lockable door and a control panel with controls and indicators. The cabinet can be built-in or external. At the request of the customer, the ShSAU cabinet can be equipped with a SIEMENS POL 424.70 controller and equipped with sensors and a SIEMENS room control panel.

The automatic control cabinet is supplied as an option.

Heat recuperator

An air-to-air heat exchanger is designed to transfer the heat of the exhaust air removed from the room to the fresh supply air. Allows to reduce energy consumption for heating (in winter) and air cooling (in summer) in air handling units. Central air conditioners KCKP are equipped with a heat recuperator at the request of the customer
