DEFLECTOR TYPE ДТ

The ventilation deflector is designed to enhance the draft in the air duct of the ventilation exhaust trunk in a natural way, and also protects the air duct from atmospheric precipitation. The deflector action is based on the use of the effect of lowering the pressure inside the cylindrical shell blown by the air flow. The air flow generated by the wind bends around the deflector structure, inside which a zone of reduced pressure is created. This reduces the effect of atmospheric air on air masses in the ventilation duct and contributes to air intake by the vacuum zone from the ventilation duct. Thus, the use of a deflector allows you to significantly increase the drawing of the hood and chimney by 15-20%, without additional energy consumption.

The deflector is made of galvanized steel sheet. The deflector consists of a diffuser, a cylinder, a cone, a leg and a canopy. The deflector is manufactured with a flanged or nipple connection.  The deflector can be operated at temperatures of the working medium from -40 ° C to +60 ° C. The environment and air must not contain aggressive gases and vapors that destroy materials and paint coatings of the product.
The deflector is manufactured in climatic design O and location category 1 in accordance with GOST 15150.
