DUST COLLECTING UNIT TYPE ZIL
Dust collecting units ZIL-900M, ZIL-1600M are designed to capture dust sucked out from the shelter of abrasive wheels of sharpening, roughing and grinding machines. The units carry out a two-stage purification of the aspirated air. The first stage of cleaning is a dry cyclone; The second stage is a bag filter. The unit operates according to a recirculation scheme.

The units carry out a two-stage purification of the aspirated air. The first stage of cleaning is a dry cyclone; The second stage is a bag filter. The unit operates according to a recirculation scheme. The cleaned air enters the serviced room. The unit consists of the following main units: a body in which a cyclone and twelve filter bags are located; fan with electric motor; bin with scoop for dust removal. The bag filter of the unit is periodically cleaned of dust using a manual shaking mechanism.
To remove dusty air from the shelter, use round metal air ducts or flexible metal hoses. Air ducts are laid along the shortest path, preferably without bends.
