The “rider”-like fan В-2 is intended for blowing and cooling of DC engine, which is a medium-pressure fan with a modified design.

The fans have a reinforced spiral casing in the form of a “snail” and an impeller with 32 forward curved blades, equipped with a three-phase electric engine. The direction of rotation of the impeller is right or left. The fan is used to move air that does not contain sticky and aggressive substances, abrasive dust and fibrous materials with a dust content of no more than 0.1 g/m³. The fan can be operated at temperatures of the working medium from -40°C to +40°C. The fan is manufactured in climatic versions for operation in areas with moderate У (moderate) and УХЛ (boreal) climate and location category 2 in accordance with GOST 15150.
